Production of First Monitoring Report for Kapuas Hulu Village Forest Project, Indonesia

The Indonesian non-government organisation Yayasan Pelestari Ragamhayati dan Cipta Fondasi Indonesia (PRCF Indonesia) Works with several villages in Kapua Hulu, West Kalimantan, that have secured long-term management rights to Village Forests (Hutan Desa) and long-term 25-year funding for conservation outcomes from Rimba Collective. Within the larger landscape fo Village Forests in Kapuas Hulu, PRCF Indonesia is the Project Operator for the long-term project titled “Forest For the Future”. Having started in June 2022, the project is submitted its first monitoring report for a preliminary verification by Rimba Collective in September 2022. TLLG provided support to PRCF Indonesia to complete this monitoring report using the Climate, Community and Biodiversity (CCB) Standards template.

The technical assistance provided by TLLG involved working closely with the PRCF Indonesia team to compile the required information and draft the monitoring report.
