Sarina specialises in applying a systematic and analytical approach to environmental and social (E&S) safeguarding and project design in nature-based solutions initiatives, drawing on her background in marine biology and skills in data analytics and project management. Her expertise lies in synthesising complex data into accessible summaries and visual representations, using mixed methods to integrate qualitative and quantitative insights. Her work as a consultant has included governance assessments, design and implementation of Environmental and Social Management Systems, designing protocols and streamlining methodologies for field-based teams, enhancing data collection and analysis processes for environmental & social assessments and due diligence procedures. 

 

She is proficient in R, SQL, Excel, ArcGIS, Kobo Toolbox (XLSForms), Adobe Illustrator, and Publisher.
