Feasibility Assessment of the Petowal Biodiversity Offset Programme, Senegal

TLLG worked with The Biodiversity Consultancy (TBC) to conduct an assessment of the feasibility of establishing a community conservation programme within the commune of Tomboronkoto, Senegal. TLLG designed and conducted a participatory field assessment and applied the Conservation Measures Partnership Open Standards and the Business and Biodiversity Offsets Programme (BBOP) Standards in order to document community interest in conservation and livelihood actions and strategies.
