A Socio-Ecological Observatory for the Southern African Woodlands (SEOSAW)
The SEOSAW project aims to develop a data sharing platform suitable for woodland plot data, to be populated with data from 2269 plots in 10 countries in Southern Africa, and make use of the data to conduct novel analyses of the determinants of ecosystem structure and function in Southern African Woodlands. TLLG are developing methods for data cleaning and management to allow integration of plot data into an online database, and supporting the development of standardised methodologies for plot design and measurement.
